While replying to a fellow eagle owner, I noticed a link to johnny's website (polybushings.com)was filtered!!! which pissed me off cause they are still so paranoid or tight on the reins its not even funny.

And because of the Below, I got banned without warning or discussion. I thought DI.net had changed. I Was wrong.

Was this really necessary?

I dont appreciate being called a prick, and nor would any of the other staff members here, especially after we let you back on here in good faith. Maybe I was mistaken in my decision, even though you had another user name while you were banned....

Maybe a PM to one of the staff members asking to remove the block on polybushings would have been in order.

Polybushings has been unblocked and your wonderful post deleted. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

My reply to the Banning

It is not my fault, that the Admins and Mods on here have everything blocked as such. After all this time I was under the assumption the whole issue was resolved and the majority of the people had the sticks pulled out of their buts finally.

It is just very disheartening, and annoying that while trying to provide information to the new people and links valuable parts, that everything is filtered. And no, I do not believe I need to ask a mod/admin every time I need to post a website or link. I am not 12 years old. I thought DI.net Changed but apparently I was wrong.

I came back to help the the new people out, and be there to give them answers by people who have been in the field for some time.

And then, You just Ban me? NO warning, No nothing just straight up ban? Another showcase sign of People hiding under the blanket and not even tying to resolve the issue. Kinda like getting pulled over for a blown tag light and getting arrested.

you guys just don't make no sense sometimes.

Lol.... you started it all by calling the management pricks in your so called innocent thread? So you knew you were doing something not allowed while doing it? (whether you agree with the rule or not there goes your "I did not know it was against the rules") and throw out insults as well while you were doing it?

Hard to see your side really. And... the issue has been resolved. You just cant seem to live with it.

Go into a Dodge dealer and tell all the customers they should buy Chevy and start handing out cards for another dealer. They will show you the curb at the edge of their property real quick.

I think if you read the fine print...in there it says something about not posting links for advertiseing etc regarding competition and a whole list of other things related to preventing you from trying to move traffic away from the site.
It's been so long since I've logged on there that I can't remember the details but it was there when Whatshisname took over.

Links to most automotive suppliers are allowed. However, due to past issues with that one in particular it has been censored. I am only aware of 2 ( two ) censored links.

I think Dan's point was that perhaps rather than blowing up and getting huffy about it, perhaps you could have sent him a pm and simply pointed out that it was censored ( as he was not aware ), instead of calling us a bunch of pricks.

Cactii probably would have been acceptable.

I have taken it to the little whimps we call mods at DI and LHF, and because they have a ban hammer they use it instead of realizing that maybe thier actions are just as immature as the ones they ban. See avator at DI, see Loudass and Snekepiss at LHF and the shit they have been slinging. But I understand, you guys know everything so keep having your cliche and loving each other long time.
